IDJ COMPILATION
Here are my all IDJ series that are done through this semester 2 in FNBE. It records all my work and process to the final assignment.
IDJ 1 : UNDERSTANDING THE TOY CHARACTER

Research about the toy character is carried out. I studied about information related to Goku, which includes his physical traits, background story and personality.
I understood more after done the researching and there is definitely many things to learn about Goku. Especially when my character is a main character in the many of the episode story.
IDJ 2 : CREATING ARTWORK

Brainstorming is a crucial part in the design process journal. In this journal, we need to come up with at least 2 keywords that best describe the lego character. Next, we need to research about those keywords and translate them into design elements. Lastly, 2 A4 collage artworks must be produced from those keywords.
As this journal requires us to translate keywords into artworks without potraying the lego character directly, I had to be very creative. I also had to think and justify the relations between keywords and design elements.
Moreover, this journal really challenges our brain and forces us to think out of the box. This is how good designers and architects are trained.
IDJ 3 : PIN-UP SUBMISSION

This design journal is actually a pin-up tutorial for us to explain our idea process for the final Design assignment. Also, we are required to update our model every week to show our progress to our respective lecturer.
In fact, idj 3 is a journal that crossover between idea and presentation. However, critical and creative thinking skills aid me in completing this journal.
It is undoubtly a truth that there will be more submissions like this in the future as I venture into degree in university. Hence, i must be more prepared.
IDJ 4 : THE COMPILATION

The last IDJ is only a compilation of previous IDJ 1, 2 and 3. Adding a cover, back cover and a spine to the file. Moreover, breifly describe our project that have been done through this semester.
I have learnt to prepare my resume in this last IDJ compilation. It helps me when in my future to find job. A process to show all my work during my study in architecture course. Lastly, it reminds me about my work, what to improve and what is my weakness.
